The project consists of the construction of a roundabout on the existing Goodlands Bypass and a new access road of an approximate length of 630m to provide access for the future inhabitants of the NSLD residential development.
The new roundabout will also facilitate access to the villages of Goodlands and Poudre d’Or for road users exiting from the new Market Fair and Traffic Center located on Goodlands Bypass.
The new access road will be equipped with footpath and a cycle track amongst other facilities for the safe and convenient movement of road users and pedestrians.
