The opening of Dowlut Flyover was performed on 13th December 2021 by the Prime Minister of Mauritius, Honourable Pravind Kumar JUGNAUTH and the Minister of National Infrastructure and Community Development, Honourable Mahendranuth Sharma HURREERAM.
