he project consists of the construction of a Fly-over along the Motorway M1 to enable traffic from South to enter Port Louis City Centre at Deschartres Street and the implementation of an Intelligent Transport System which is used to control several traffic lights from a single control room. The ITS will help to ease congestion and improve traffic management, amongst others.
