The public is hereby informed that after a procurement exercise, the Road Development Authority (RDA) has appointed Media Five Ltd in joint venture (JV) with PSS-Ralph I.O Ltd, Organic Lawn Care Company Ltd and POP2Position (Pty) Ltd to erect totem structures for directional panels along Motorways and Main Roads.
Media Five Ltd and its JV partners will now be responsible for erecting, displaying, maintaining, and managing directional panels on totem structures over a period of three years.
2.The public is further informed that Media Five Ltd and its JV partners will be responsible for processing application for directional panels.

3.Owners of directional signs, indicative panels and totem structures are hereby notified under Section 23(1) of the Roads Act to remove all illegal structures within fifteen days from the date of this Communiqué.
