Following new development that occurred, in particular, communication from
PPO “that bidders who were having issues have been able to successfully submit
their bids and performed their bid data decryption and re-encryption, therefore
the RDA may proceed further with the bid opening”.
The communique dated 26th December 2023 is therefore retrieved.
Bids received for the following procurement exercises:
1. RDA/IFB/2023/390 – Construction of a New RDA Sub-office at Mapou
(E/W/RDA/23/09-2023);
2. RDA/IFB/2023/393 – Construction of a New RDA Sub-office at Grannum,
Vacoas (E/G/RDA/01/07-2023).
As at closing date 18th December 2023, shall be opened on E-procurement
System on Wednesday 10th January 2024 at 14.00 hours (Local Time).
