The Road Development Authority (RDA) is inviting proposals from National Agencies, as a single entity or in joint venture, to erect, display, maintain and manage directional panels on identical Totem structures located along or visible from Motorways and Main Roads in view of harmonising and standardising all indicative panels, directional signs, and existing totem structures.
