The Road Development Authority is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Construction of Hermitage Bypass. Participation is limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. Joint ventures should be among entities incorporated in Mauritius.
