The Road Development Authority is inviting proposals from Eligible National/International Applicants as single entity or in joint venture with other agencies for the proposal of vertical landscaping on the façade of Hillcrest including all available green space, Jumbo, Phoenix, Dowlut and Valentina Flyovers.
