A direct link between the end of M3 at Terre Rouge to the Arsenal Barracks Road at Calebasses. The link road has been designed as a two lane carriageway of approximate length of 450 metres and width of 7 metres. Two shoulders of width 1.5 metres on each side of the road has also been constructed.
