The project consists of the construction of a new 7.0m wide single carriageway road of 2.2km to link Chemin Vingt Pieds and Mont Choisy Cap Malheureux Road (B13) at Anse La Raie in view to reduce traffic congestion and enhance road safety at Cap Malheureux. The works also involve the upgrading of part of B13 over a stretch of 1.2km to a 7.0m carriageway with footpath/hard shoulders.
