This year we will celebrate our 55th anniversary of our nation\u2019s freedom and the 31st anniversary as a Republic.<\/p>\n<p>The RDA staff celebrated this event with a flag raising and cake cutting ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The RDA Management and Staff wishes everyone a very Happy Independence
